When Taylor and Matthew reached out to me, we bonded instantly over so many things. They love art. I love art. They love food. I love food. They love good design. I love good design. They love D.C. I love D.C. It was a no-brainer for all three of us that we partner up for their wedding next May!
It was so fun that they brought their Great Dane with them for their engagement photos at the Spanish Steps in D.C. Thor was such a sweetie! We all had a great time enjoying the beautiful and neutral architecture of the Spanish Steps. I mean, how could you not love this spot? It’s the perfect spot to say “I’m in D.C.” without all the monuments.
Can we also talk about T + M’s amazing outfits? Major props to Taylor for doing a dress swap in her car!
I loved shooting Taylor and Matthew and seeing them interact. They are the kind of people who just love being together and truly enjoy each others’ company. They are each others’ home and it was beautiful to watch and capture.
